1 Vanilla Cake Mix (choose GF if desired)

1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup Flavourista Snowflake Chocolate Powder


1 cup icing sugar mixture

2 Tbsp cocoa powder

4 Tbsp Flavourista Chocolate Dessert Sauce

1/4 cup boiling water

1 cup desiccated coconut to coat Lamington Balls


Make the cake as per packet mix instructions and allow to cool thoroughly.

Process cake in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in milk until and chocolate powder until combined.

Roll 1 tblsp of cake mixture into a ball.

Place on a tray lined with baking paper. Repeat with remaining cake mixture to make approx. 22 balls in total. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Icing: mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Add water. Whisk until smooth and then let cool.

One a time, dip balls into icing, then roll in coconut to coat. Transfer to tray. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
