1 packet of Pad Thai noodles cooked set aside

500 grams chicken strips or tenderloins

1 bunch broccolini

1 bunch Asian Greens Fresh garlic (2 cloves crushed)

1 large free range egg

3 tablespoon oil ( peanut or vegetable)

Fresh Limes Sauce

3 tablespoons Ketchup Manis

3 tablespoons Oyster Sauce

2 tablespoons Tarmari

2 tablespoons Vinegar Water as required 3-4 tablespoons


Prepare noodles and set aside.

Make sauce and set aside.

Heat wok or pan high heat.

Add oil and stir fry green stems and chicken until cooked.

Add 1 tablespoon PAD SEE EW Spice Blend and toss.

Add delicate greens and combine.

Add whisked egg and combine.

Remove and set aside.

Add noodles to hot wok.

Add sauce Toss gently to coat the noodles.

Adding water if too dry or lime juice.

Add chicken and veggies Gently toss.

Serve immediately with lime wedges.
