Creamy Mushroom Sauce

30gram of butter

10 button mushrooms, chopped

1-2 tsp of Feild Mushroom Salt

300ml of cream


In a saucepan, melt butter.

Add mushrooms and salt and sauté.

Add cream, bring to boil, then simmer until cream thickens slightly.

Serve over steak and roast veggies.
