    Korma Curry Spice


4 eggs

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tbs rojak curry spice


1. Boil eggs for 10 mins.

2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and rojak curry in a bowl, set aside in fridge for flavours to develop

3. Mash boiled eggs and all to cool

4. Stir eggs through curry mix.

Serve with favourite raw vegetables.

Makes a tasty addition to salad sandwiches
