Curry Korma Prawns

Variations
Can also be eaten cold. Add to a salad of mango, avocado and baby spinach.
Ingredients
500g king green prawns
200g plain natural yoghurt
1.5 tbsp Flavourista Curry Korma Spice
Method
Mix yoghurt and spice together in a bowl, set aside.
Peel prawns leaving tails on.
Dip prawns in yoghurt mix and place on a plate.
Once all prawns are coated place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Heat a bbq on high, when ready to cook prawns turn heat to low and place prawns on grill for approx 60-90 seconds, turning a few times each.
Serve immediately.
