French Twist Onion Cob Loaf

    Use any Flavourista Spice blend with this recipe


1-2 Tbsp Flavourista French Twist Onion spice
1 tub sour cream
1 tub cream cheese
1 cup of grated cheese
5 rashers of bacon (optional)
1 cob loaf
Spring onion for serving


1/ Preheat oven, cut off the top of the cob loaf and pull out all the bread inside, tear into small pieces, cut the lid up to. Place all on a tray and bake until toasted.
2/ to make the dip, fry off the bacon (optional) in the saucepan. Once cooked, on a low heat add the cream cheese and sour cream until combined. Add the grated cheese and French Twist Onion spice. Cook until all the cheese is melted.
3/ Serve dip in the cob loaf with the sliced spring onions sprinkled on top.
