Garlic Caramelised Brussel Sprouts

    Thyme for Garlic can be change to any of our Spice blends


300g of Brussel Sprouts

2 Tbsp of Butter

1 Tbsp of Garlic Divin-o Balsamic

1 Tbsp of Zing Olive Oil

1 tsp of Thyme for Garlic

Pinch of Stockman's Whip Salt


Add Brussel Sprouts cut side down to Fry pan with Garlic Divin-o. 

Cook for 10-15mins or until bottoms are caramelised.

Add Thyme for Garlic to butter and microwave until melted.

Once Brussel sprouts are cooked pour the melted butter over the top with Zing Olive oil and the pinch of Stockmans.

Serve and Enjoy!
