Passionfruit Dessert Sauce Ice Cream

    Use any Flavourista dessert sauce or chocolate powder to add to the ice cream. I dilute our chocolate powders with warm water 1:1 so that you dissolve the sugar.


600 ml thickened cream (must be full fat)

1 can condensed milk

2 - 3 tbspn Flavourista Passionfruit Dessert Sauce

2-3 fresh passion fruit


Beat cream till almost stiff.

Add condensed milk & the pulp of a passion fruit & continue to beat.

Be careful NOT to over whip as the mixture can split.

Use a 2 litre ice cream container but, you can use any plastic dish as long as it has a lid.

Pour the mixture into container & add approx. 2 tablespoons of Passionfruit Dessert Sauce.

Swirl the sauce around with a skewer or a knife.

Add another tablespoon of sauce over the top of the ice cream with the rest of the passion fruit pulp.

Give a light swirl again around the top of the ice cream about 2 cm's from the top.

Set in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, overnight is ideal.
