Piña Colada Jelly Dessert


3 Aeroplane Create a Jelly Packets

4 Tablespoons Flavourista Pineapple Splash Balsamic Vinegar

3 Cups Boiling Water

1 Tablespoon Gelatine

2 ½ Tablespoons Flavourista Piña Colada Chocolate Powder

1 Cup Cream


1. Combine Aeroplane Create a Jelly, Flavourista Pineapple Splash balsamic vinegar, boiling water and gelatine and a bowl, and mix well until dissolved.

2. In a separate bowl, combine Flavourista Piña Colada Chocolate Powder and cream. Stir until combined, and smooth. Do not whip.

3. Add the two bowls together and stir until combined.

4. Pour mixture into a Tupperware Jelly Mould, and set in fridge overnight.

5. Once set, turn out jelly, and serve with fruit and ice cream.
