Piña Colada Slice

• 250g butter

• 1 cup brown sugar

• 1 egg

• 1 1/2 cups SR flour

• 1/2 cup plain flour

• 1/2 cup desiccated coconut or rolled oats (Not both!)

• 200g white chocolate bits • 1/2 cup pepitas

• 1/2 cup cranberries

• 1/4 cup chopped dried pineapple

• 2 tablespoons Flavourista Piña Colada chocolate powder


Pre-heat oven to 180c In a large mixing bowl beat butter, brown sugar and Piña Colada until well combined.

Add egg and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Press into a lined slice tin. Bake for 30 minutes.

It stays soft so leave in the tray to cool for about 10 mins before removing it to a board to cut into squares.
