Snowflake Molten Lava Cakes

    Serving suggestions – fresh raspberries, Flavourista Berry Sauce, Ice Cream, Whipped Cream, toffee.


100 gm White Chocolate

90 gm Butter (use real butter not margarine)

1/2 cup Icing Sugar

1 heaped tablespoon Flavourista Snowflake Chocolate Powder + a little extra for dusting

1/3 cup plain flour

2 eggs

3 egg yolks

1 tbsp Flavourista Butterscotch Syrup (you can use any of the Syrups) OR 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

4 Ramekins Baking Spray or extra butter


Pre – heat oven to 180 C.

Lightly spray or butter ramekins.

Place white Chocolate and butter in microwave for 30 seconds stir and repeat until melted.

Add flour, icing sugar and Flavourista white chocolate powder – whisk together until combined.

Stir in the eggs, egg yolks & Flavourista syrup.

Pour even amounts into the 4 ramekins.

Place in oven for 12- 15 minutes.

The cakes need to be lightly set the top should move slightly.

Remove from oven and turn onto plates and dust with extra Flavourista White Chocolate Powder.
