Spicy Lentil Soup

    If you like a smooth soup this can be blended.


2 large Brown Onions, chopped

2 tbsp. Flavourista Roasted Garlic Smash Olive Oil

2 tbsp. Flavourista Rojak Curry Spice

800 gm Crushed Tomatoes

400 ml Coconut Milk

4 cups Vegetable Stock

3/4 cup yellow lentils, rinsed

1 tbsp Flavourista Cajun Hotpot Spice

Baby Spinach


Saute onions in Roasted Garlic Smash Olive Oil until soft.

Add Rojak Curry and cook 3 minutes.

Add tomatoes, lentils and stock simmer 5 minutes.

Add coconut milk and 1/2 tbsp. Cajun Hotpot.

Taste and adjust heat to your liking.

Let sit with lid on for 10 minutes.

Ladle into bowl and add baby spinach.

Serve and enjoy!

If freezing, leave spinach out and add when heated.
