Sweet Potato Quiche


1 large sweet potato grated
1 egg
2 teaspoons Roasted Garlic Smash Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Stockmans Whip Salt
1 tablespoon Flour (gluten free or cornflour for gluten free option)

6 eggs
Onion diced
3 bacon rashers diced
200g spinach
½ cup cheese (add more or less as you please)
½ cup milk (add more or less as you please)
2 teaspoons to tablespoon Flavourista Outback Ranch Spice


For crust add all ingredients into a bowl. Stir to combine and then press into an oiled pie dish. Bake in a hot oven (220degrees) for roughly 20minutes or until golden

For the filling sauté onion and bacon,when done remove from the pan and wilt spinach. Add to a bowl with the remaining filling ingredients. Pour into prepared crust, sprinkle with some extra cheese and then bake at 180degrees for roughly 40minutes or until cooked through and set. Enjoy!
