Ingredients

5 eggs

1 cup Almond flour

1/4 almond milk or other milk alternative

1 1/2 zucchini grated 1 small carrot grated

1 cup of grated tasty cheese, and extra

3 rashes of bacon diced and cooked

1 tablespoon Souly Guacamole spice blend

1 teaspoon Field Mushroom salt

Method

Whisk eggs and milk.

Mix together all other ingredients then add the wet ingredients

Bake for 30 to 40 mins at 180 to 200 degrees
