Wok On - SPICES
This beautiful blend of coriander , chilli and ginger is great to use as a sprinkle or marinade for beef, chicken, fish and vegetables. Add 1 – 2 tablespoons to any stir fry for flavour plus and a no-fuss dinner or save for lunch the next day. Make a beautiful Thai soup using ½ chopped cauliflower, 2 chopped zucchinis, 1 cup of coconut cream, 1 cup of water and 1 – 2 tablespoons of Wok On Spice. Once cooked, blend and serve!
