Once we receive your registration, we will phone you from the number 0426 760 874 to take your credit card details (if they have not already been provided here), which will be processed to your profile on a secure platform with PayPal Australia (our card processor). Your credit card details will not be kept on file by us but stored online, securely with PayPal. This service has credit card fraud protection.
A monthly charge to your credit card for $35.00 or $38.00, based on your selection of your registration form or as advised when registering by phone. Charges will occur on the 10th of each calendar month and your Pantry Pack will be shipped on or before the 15th of that month.
If you have opted in for the customised pack, you have until the 5th day of the month (midnight QLD time) to advise us via email what you would like in your pack, equal to the RRP value of the advertised pack each month. If we receive no email from you by the 5th of the month, you will be shipped the pack as advertised for that month for $38.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at team@flavourista.com.au.
You must let us known your full name and address as provided on this registration form so we can identify your profile.
You must notify us by the 5th of the month so your subscription can be cancelled prior to the next charge on the 10th of that same month.
Upon setup of your online profile, a credit card authorisation will take place to validate those details for recurring billing. A $0 or $1 authorisation will be processed and may appear on your bank statement. PayPal will automatically void the $1 authorisation if it is successful. This is not a charge but a once-off authorisation which will be reversed by PayPal (our card processor) within 3-5 business days.
By registering for this subscription, you confirm that:
- The personal information which you provide when you register is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you are not impersonating any other person or entity.
- The produces purchased with this subscription are for private and domestic use only and are not for re-sale.
- You will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by emailing or telephoning our customer service representatives via email at team@flavourista.com.au or by calling 0426 760 874.
We treat all of your personal information as confidential and will only use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Reviews: We monitor all publicly posted product reviews on our Social Media platforms and, in accordance with Australian laws, remove any of these reviews if they appear fake, offensive, defamatory or irrelevant. This also includes reviews that imply a product has caused any medial conditions including allergies or reactions. Star ratings on reviews cannot be altered by us, but we may need to edit reviews on occasion to omit words which appear defamatory or offensive.
