Flavourista Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt, Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm.

Carriers

Currently, we use the following carriers to ship orders:

  • Aramex
  • Australia Post

We will choose which carrier to ship your order based on your location. If you have a specific request regarding a carrier, please email us at team@flavourista.com.au immediately upon placing your order and we will do all we can to accommodate your request.


Order Tracking

If you provide your email and phone number when placing your order, tracking information will be emailed or messaged to you once your order has been dispatched. If you require any additional information regarding your shipment, please contact us directly at team@flavourista.com.au or call us on 1300 081 996.


Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. When placing your order, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

We hate back orders! And we’re sure you do too. We are committed to managing our stock so that, if an item is not in stock, it’s not for sale to you. However, IF an item goes on back order, we will notify you and ship you the part of your order which is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the remainder of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
