Returns & Refunds - Terms and Conditions

Your order has been placed with the Independent Consultant named on the website link you purchased from, acting as an Independent Consultant and reseller of products purchased from Flavourista Pty Ltd. The Consultant is the principal in this transaction and cannot act on behalf of Flavourista Pty Ltd nor bind or represent Flavourista Pty Ltd in any way.

For future supplies of the Flavourista Pty Ltd range of products, please contact your Independent Consultant. Flavourista Pty Ltd can assist with contact details for an alternative Consultant should this be more convenient.

The delivery date is contingent on payment being received in full. Under normal circumstances, orders are shipped within two days from the date of payment being received.

Flavourista Pty Ltd extends no guarantee of delivery date, but we are committed to getting your order to you at lightning speed. So, if we know there’s going to be a delay, we will communicate this to you. If a product is not delivered:

    1. within seven days after an agreed date, the consumer must be advised of the delay;
    2. within twenty-one days after an agreed date, the consumer may cancel the agreement without cost.

Your email address provided will be used to ship your order and, as such, you will receive tracking details from our 3rd party courier once your order is despatched.

The guarantee on consumable products is limited to storage and damage in shipping.

Cooling off: You may cancel the agreement by giving the direct seller or Flavourista notice of cancellation within ten clear business days of your order. If the product is in transit, you agree to refuse delivery for return to sender or return the product/s to Flavourista at your own cost. Once the product/s have been returned in a condition suitable for resale, a full refund will be processed to you.

Subject to the cooling off clause, any requests for a refund or replacement on consumable products must be received in writing within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the notification, Flavourista Pty Ltd may, at its discretion, offer a refund or replacement product to the same value. Please contact your Consultant who will be able to submit the claim for you or email us with your order number and request to: team@flavourista.com.au.

In the case of non-consumable products, this guarantee is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not extend to cover commercial use, misuse or ordinary wear and tear. If a product arrives damaged or does not perform as the manufacturer intended, please contact us via email or the authorised Consultant within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will require photos of any items received damaged, for our records, in order to replace any items damaged in transit. Upon timely notification and presentation of your order details, prepaid arrangements will be made for the item to be returned for replacement. If a product replacement cannot be made, Flavourista Pty Ltd will offer a comparable product replacement, refund or credit toward future product purchases.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
